Paul Dillett is one of the most genetically gifted and physically imposing bodybuilders in history. Nicknamed “Jurassic Paul”, he became famous in the 1990s for his unmatched shoulder width, huge arms, towering height, and freak-level mass.

A true mass-monster era icon, he competed against legends like Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman, Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone, and Markus Rühl. Today, Paul is retired from bodybuilding and runs the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness & Fashion) federation.
